Re: Rant/Complain Thread: BUMMER IN THE SUMMER~

Australia have it far worse than Europe, and even though the European Union is actually a bigger market than the States, it still misses out on a lot of good products. Fucking. This. I remember being stunned by the number of SNES games available on the shelves in rental stores and game stores when ...

Re: Why Are You Happy Today?

I'm quite glad you've made that fateful leap, Trifkin, and I'm sure you know I wish you the best of luck. That's so awesome! I wish you the best of luck, Trif~ Also a little plastic thing came in the mail while I was away that lets me legally drive the getaway car when I rob banks, as long as my acc...

Re: General Writing

This is the short piece I wrote concerning a very depressing portion of my life during which I drank entirely too much, likely to the point of alcohol poisoning, and passed out on a staircase next to an apartment building that was completely invisible to anyone who might be passing by. To this day I...

Re: Recent Purchases Thread

Just picked up my first ever smart phone (Droid Incredible 2 for those who give a shit). Was going to get a Droid X, but I dislike its shape. Either way this is a gigantic step forward from the ancient piece of machinery I have been using.

Also I bought some cider.

Re: Dream land

Yeah my dreams tend to be pretty mundane most of the time. If something would fucking explode once in a while maybe it wouldn't be so tough.

Re: Dream land

I've been having really, really, vivid dreams lately. So much so that I have a hard time distinguishing (first thing in the morning at least) whether or not it was a dream or something that happened while I was drunk. Maybe it has something to do with drinking less and sleeping more? Either way. Its...

Re: Favorite Books and Current Reads

Really the only flaw I've found has been the prices of the books themselves as compared to their physical, previously-read counterparts. Definitely true. One of the nice things though is that books that are out of copyright, which includes an incredible array of excellent books, are free. That's wh...

Re: Favorite Books and Current Reads

Its all about what features you value I think. The Kindle definitely lags behind the Nook in terms of range of features, but my Kindle has been really awesome to me as a device simply for reading. But I get distracted pretty easily, so less features is probably good for me. Really though, being able...

Re: Why Are You Happy Today?

@Age Gaps Age gaps suck real bad when everyone you know is between 20 and 22. Half the people you know are like, "Lets go to the bar!" And the other half either get left behind or you have to try and compromise. Its a pain in the ass for birthdays etc. I'm pretty happy thats over. @Uniform...

I had this one: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Premium-USB-Headset-980374-0403/dp/B0007SXHP0 It worked really good up until I spilled pop on it. I've had three Logitech headsets that had that little circular volume control thing. It jammed on all three of them, making it impossible to control the v...
