I've also eaten alligator, antelope, bison, quail, cornish game hen, ostrich, emu, elk, and rabbit. Gator is great. As for everything else on this list, I have always wanted to try it. I think I've had bison, I can't remember. It was either bison or buffalo.... either way I remember it being good.
