Your party is fine, its probably the most standard team in the game actually. It can probably do post-game as well, you just would have to replace one member (The Alchemist is the best choice) with a Troubadour. I already built a party of Hoplite, Prince, Zodiac, Monk and an Arbalist and I'm at the 3rd stratum right now Hmm... Hoplite/Wildling - Wildlings have at least a debuff or two you can use.
