Honestly most of what I was going to post is going to parrot most of what Kimiko already said. Though I would rank Untold slightly higher than 1, if only because it did polish a lot. Being forced to use a Protector, Medic and Troubadour to get any reasonable success for most of post-game is not fun....

War Magus no longer have draining HP/TP skills.red to original EO2? They still have their HP draining skill; its now a passive. Whenever they deal damage to any enemy with a status ailment, everyone on the same row will recover HP. They did lose ability to recover and distribute their own TP though...

With the exception on your rant with skills, all of these complaints are on aesthetics... extremely minor ones at that... which shouldn't even condemn the game in the first place. There are some things I just can't let slide through though. New name on old character is asshole. Those aren't new name...

If you liked the first FFTA, you'll love the second. It pretty much improves on nearly every aspect of the first... except the plot. The plot is absolutely terrible, but the gameplay more than makes up for it. The game's difficulty is pretty low though, and doesn't really start peaking until the two...

Feebas is actually a guaranteed catch if you fish under the bridge. Game Freak must've learned their lesson on how awful it was to catch it in Gen III and IV.

The new bosses are fine. EO games always had a strong post-game and adding extra challenges on top of what's already there is actually very welcome. EO2 already had a large number of post-game bosses (Beaten only by EO3's amount if you count the Sea Quest bosses), so having even more is really great...
