N/I has the highest damage potential, but requires a lot of setup. N/A should deal plenty of damage anyway. You should have Venom Throw and Ailment Boost by now. IIRC EOII has the most bar quests in the series. There's barely any in EOIII, probably to balance the fact you can gain XP from finishing them.

Honestly I would say either, import the game or use a Flash Card (Like Acekard or CycloDS) instead, either method will allow you to play on actual hardware... which is more preferable if you have less than optimal PC.
