I'm not sure which of your library to recommend for you next, but I'm liking browsing through your list of books. Immediately, I think to myself that I need to read the New Three Minute Meditator ! You Can Heal Your Life also looks quite good. In fact, your list seems filled with books about cooking...

Taken from here . I always wonder about collaboration; you'd think that you'd notice where one writer drops off and another picks up, but with 4 narrators that certainly masks things. It really does, if not lends itself in this story. I posted more about it in the books thread. :3 A first-person nar...

Kino, if it's okay with you, I'll continue our conversation in the general writing thread, where it seems to fit better, don't you think? In other news, I started reading Havemercy last night. OHMYGOD. ;__; Some thoughts: [spoiler] I guess each writer wrote two characters; I was impressed right away...

That small press publishers would have different standards of editing, or edit less critically, does make sense - after all, similar patterns crop up with television. But I never put the two together before. Good to know! I just got Havemercy in the mail today (one day early!) and I admit to BEING P...

Kino, you deserve so many tiaras. Havemercy by Danielle Bennett and Jaida Jones (should be available in a paperback at any major bookstore) -- story told through 4 first-person narrators; involves a gay wizard and flying mechanical dragons. Has a central gay romance. Has a sequel, but it's an option...

Just a quick little question, has anyone thought of holding a ITL Pokemon Competition? Ohhh, not a bad idea :D We would likely need a well-defined set of rules, and tiers so people could play at different competitive levels comfortably. If anyone else would be interested, please feel free to say so...
