I disagree, but I only saw it in theaters once. Opening night, actually. I would gove it a solid 7/10, and say that it was a good way to end the trilogy.
Iron Man one is my favorite superhero movie and it was hard to live up to my expectations, I guess.

Transporting every criminal to a central location? I won't even go into how that never ends well in comics due to the serious nature of this thread, but transporting every criminal across the country would cost a fortune, let alone having guards all the while.
