Avengers: The Week-and-a-half of Ultron That Ultimately Only Affected One Small City

Marvel hasn't been setting up any long-term villains besides Loki and Thanos. I'm ok if they don't all come back later, but they should be written well enough to at least make that an option. Ultron was no different, and I thought he would be.
