So, uninstallined the Unofficiall patches I had modding my game fixed Miraak. XD Yet, those patches fixed everythng else wrong with the DLC. Fighting Miraak on Legendary=Accidentally one-shotting him. As if Shouts did not break the game enough, Marked For Death buffed by Dragon Aspect made Miraak so...

So, Miraak's not absorbing Dragon Souls, during the final battle, now. XD I look up the fix and this is the best answer I got, paraphrased:

"Go easy on him."

...I'm playing Legendary. Even when I went easy on him (Dragon Aspect + Storm Call), he still didn't absorb the soul. XD

Yes, but this is actually the first time I genunely had a problem. Most of the time, there was a work-around. I actually am resorting to the console commands, now. xP

I like the background things like being a "Hill Dwarf" or a "Mountain Dwarf," but I don't particularly like how it's becoming even MORE streamlined. I have a friend, who likes playing Fighter, and he is dsappointed in how Fighter got the shaft even more.
