Oh, Tom Preston? I follow him on Deviantart. 90% of his comics you can tell he thinks are funny, but they really aren't. There's the odd good one, though. He got really popular via one of his comics, So You're a Cartoonist, and does not know how to handle having lots of fans at all . I don't follow...

Never played Touhou, but these jazz arranged songs are really great.

Holy crap, how did I miss this? Not only is it a Legends song, it's the best track on the album, even beating out Proto-Man's theme. Just awesome.
