Hahahahaha oh my god. I figured out what the single best stat Unit in the game is: V101. It's like a +10 to all stats ('cept accuracy, because no one loves accuracy) and raises attack speed by 40%. All on the same unit. Of course, it only drops for two section IDs, from one enemy apiece, on Ultimate...

I got a low level character in PSO and gave them all the insanely overpowered equipment they could use from my other characters. Nothing like tearing through the place like a hurricane and gaining worthwhile Exp at the same time~
