^ I think that Neutral ought to work fine as the final, but there are arguments to do it soon. But as long as Chaos isn't the first, I haven't heard of any major issues. :3

Seriously, though, there seem to be reasons of content-structure to play Neutral first, as well as reasons to take Chaos on repeat playthrough.
