SnS has been strong for a long time. People usually assume that it's not on gut-feeling. It's one of the better options for elemental and status. Nah, three Warlocks splashing TP at eachother could probably keep going forever. Doesn't even keep them from attacking, indeed they hit harder together.

New one doesn't have much TP-regen. Best bet looks like equipping some TP-walk on a Warlock or Shaman who can share their own TP with the rest.

Buster Cannon is actually too fast to work with some things, like Drop Shot, without putting effort into the turn-order.

Seems like Shaman and possibly Hound? have convenient, automatic party-regens. TP seems harder to generate than before, though.
