More like the dungeon layouts have been changed slightly for the new game, and some floors/dungeons have been added. I doubt classic and story mode have different layouts.

Yah, they're hard to see/catch in Elstwere too. I guess that's one drawback of having lots of forest.

Excuses indeed. Most of Europe would gladly accept English-only games. N-American games companies are just "Aaah, Europe! Aaah, difficult!" afraid of cold water. So fewer games get European releases. So there are fewer European gamers or they just import the N-American releases. So Europea...

Turnips are more hassle than they're worth. It takes so much inventory shuffling to buy/store/sell all of them.
