I hear the new game is going to get a European release. Who knows, if it is successful, the other games in the series might be (re)released over here too.

Yeah, I joined about a year after EO1 too. At least I was in time for EO2 :P As for reaching more people, I kinda like having a smallish group of regulars. I mean, new folks are always welcome of course, but I think "the web's biggest Etrian Odyssey congregation" would be a little too much.
