Eh, the guild name is encoded in the password, so unless you know how to de/reencode it, you can't change the guild name.

No, sadly, the European version's password is longer than the NAmerican version's, so it won't fit in EO2.
Ah well, the only thing it would get you is to see your old guild mentioned once or twice. I haven't heard anything about galleries.
