I had some lavender tea (10 teabags or so) a few months ago. It was nice for a change, but not really a flavor I'd want to drink too often.

I think you told us that anecdote before. It's still funny though :)

When I first read Earthsea it was still a trilogy actually. The fourth and fifth books are more philosophical than the first three.

Tea is best kept in air-tight containers that don't take on smells, like cans (tins) or maybe glass jars.

I'd like to drink some different flower-flavored tea again. Like lotus or rose. I have jasmine tea, but haven't had any other flowery tea in a long time.

The Ghibli movie of Earthsea was made by Goro Miyazaki, not Hayao Miyazaki. I haven't seen the movie, but know that it deviates quite a bit from the book(s). As I recall, LeGuin wasn't pleased with it at all. Also, I think Earthsea consists of five books now? It's been a while since I read them.

Well, the ceiling is white, the walls are near-white, and the carpet is a very light sandy color, so to brighten things up I picked darkblue sofas (it's actually denim), and curtains with blue flowers. The background in the third photo is a sort of tapestry-like thing made from printed fabric and tw...

It's My-Otome actually (notice the 乙). Mai-HiME was so-so. I didn't like where the plot went in the second half of the series, and the fanservice of course. The first half was otherwise quite good. My-Otome is a lot better.

Happy B-day Noodles! :)

I think it's a combination of multiple shots from the same camera. You need that to get both foreground and background in focus like that, and for the HDR colors as well.
