The lower right part of the map (to the right of that white&red town) reminds me of the first two lands from EO4.

The subtitle (or that's what it looks like at least) 始動 means something like activation/startup. I wonder what that's referring to. Here's a transcription of the text. Most of the speech matches this, only the part from 0:14 to 0:28 doesn't have text. 始祖にして 根源 Founding root/source/origin/foundation/...

I think the words are more for flavor than concrete meaning. Here's some of the Japanese ones from the stills you posted:
深淵 - abyss
業 - business/karma/work
真実 - truth/reality
礎 - foundation stone
楽園 - paradise
伝承 - folklore

The is really good. It's a mix of styles, with some cool synths. Many tracks have a tracker-like vibe to them, something I haven't heard in a while but is good memories.

In addition, each stratum has three items of each gathering type as I recall. Two are common, one is rare. If Crabapples are a rare result, you may have to try several times to get the required number.
