A song? I dunno. For some reason I've had "Shell" by Bana (OP of Witch Hunter Robin) stuck in my head, but that's not really birthday-y, is it?

Hmm, I think I'd rather have thinpaks in a box than this form. It's a stackpak, all discs on one spindle. Not too much of a problem with 3 discs like Elfenlied, but for FMP & FMP:F it's 6 discs. Removing all the discs on top of the one you need every time is annoying.

Episodes of Hell Girl were bad? I didn't notice any. Okay, many people found them to be too repetitive, but I found that quite tolerable. The first season had a very good plot. The second season was interesting too, although I personally thought it a little less than the first. I haven't started the...

Yes, I bought the Heavy Metal boxset of FMP and FMP:F . Oh wait, you didn't see the photo maybe. Does this picture work? http://www.archonia.com/images/items/50552.jpg Teresa Testarossa you mean? I thought she was kinda cute, although a little too clumsy and fanservicey of course. She also would've ...

Yes, 'pindakaas' literally means 'peanut cheese'. I never knew why it's called that (in German it's 'Erdnußbutter', in French 'beurre de cacahuettes', etc.), but when looking up info for you just now I came across an explanation. Apparently when the stuff was first introduced here from the US, 'butt...

Teehee :D My parents actually decided that a $25 gift certificate wasn't that expensive (currently $1 is about €0.71) and sent me another $25 one. Because I'd already received the order that I used the first one for (they accidentally sent it a week early, which turned out good because I received th...

Recently finished: Sasami - Magical Girl Club - I needed something light-hearted and fun, and this anime seemed to fit. So far it looks a little childish, but it is fun and cute and colorful :) Sasami - Magical Girl Club Season 2 - Hmm, things get rather more complex and sinister in this season (act...

Hmm, satay sauce is spicier than peanut butter I'd say. *looked up some recipes* Yes, there are additional ingredients like red pepper, onions, garlic and soy sauce (keçap). Eww @ the load of sugar in American PB. Dutch PB is, maybe not exactly salty, but definitely not sweet. Around 90% peanuts, th...

Whoo, a B-Day greeting in Dutch even. :) Thank you. I had a nice B-Day. On Thursday actually, because my dad had to work yesterday and today. My parents and their dog visited and stayed for dinner. I called my grandma, but my sis and her husband (yes, they're officially married now) are still on hon...

I'm not sure 'ponies' is really 'improving the lot of women everywhere'. Some might disagree though.

I've watched both FMP and FMP:TSR , but not Fumoffu . I liked the sci-fi/action of FMP a lot, but the comedy was just an annoying distraction to that really. That's why I skipped Fumoffu and went directly to FMP:TSR . TSR was great too. Maybe Fumoffu will be okay too if I remind myself that it's jus...

I'm not familiar with Calvé PB really, but it's true that PB can be used as a cheap base for satay sauce (which is very popular in the Netherlands due to Indonesia having been a Dutch colony for centuries). Anyways, I wouldn't describe PB as 'sweet' at all. Is it sweet over yonder? That would be yuc...
