Re: Rant/Complain Thread: u mad?
Well, you're all living there, you can all contribute a little to the household chores. It's only the 'earn your keep' part that's a misnomer.

Re: What anime are you currently watching?
PreCure too bizarre for a 11-year-old? That should be the prime demographic. Is animation in general too unrealistic for her perhaps? Or what does she mean by too bizarre? What genres does she like outside anime, like SF or Fantasy or ..? Ghost Hunt might be good if she doesn't mind some scary part...

Ronja by Ghibli? Whoa, neat!
Quite an ambitious project it seems. I don't think Ghibli have done a TV series before. Ronja and Ghibli fit very well together though.

Neither have I, on my desktop. My laptop doesn't have Pulseaudio installed, but ALSA should work fine too. Ah well, I have MESS working now. I'm at Jupiter's part of chapter 2.

CD-Man - Check if the board has the matching socket for your processor. You probably already did that.
Also check if the HDD and DVD or the board come with SATA cables. Nothing as annoying to start building your new PC on a Sunday and have to wait until Monday to buy a cable you forgot.

Re: Games you are playing
Since I'm several eps. into the fourth season of Sailor Moon ( SuperS ), I decided now would be a good time to play the Sailor Moon: Another Story RPG for SNES, which references the first 3 seasons. It took some wrestling to get it working. ZSNES just plain doesn't work right on my laptop even thoug...

Re: DISCUSSION THREAD: HAPPY NEXTYEARS
There are several people here who build their own PCs. I'm not sure how many hang around regularly in recent times, but go ahead and ask. This thread is as good as any.

Re: Worth playing original if you have Millennium Girl?
The grimoire system is a different from traditional EO , but EO1 lacked any kind of dual/multiclassing (introduced in EO3 ), so it's more of an addition. The tech trees are a little different too I think, but probably better balanced. I'd say that EOU Classic mode is a worthy replacement for EO1 .

ICYMI, lv70 is the cap, which can only be raised by fighting impossibly hard dragons. I prefer more peaceful methods of suicide.

Re: Games you are playing
I gave up on EOU 's 6th stratum. The FOEs (and even regular monsters sometimes) are too hard at lv70. Yesterday I played Attack Of The Friday Monsters (3DS). That was a really cute game. Short but sweet ^_^ Today I'm not sure what to play now. I still have Spelunky (Vita) of course, but I'm only doi...
