Re: EO Untold Rantage!
I wonder about Manticor. Golem was indeed a pushover at lv66. Alraune wasn't easy though, with a few deaths during the battle. She hits pretty hard, and of course binds are hardly any use in FOE or boss battles.

Re: Art?
Later EOs also improved a lot of mechanics/controls. Auto-battles and strafing are just two. So EOU Classic mode is still an improvement over EO1 even without the added details.

Re: Why Are You Happy Today?
That's indeed my point. Those guys should have foreseen that a term like that could bring up nasty memories/anxiety for someone, and have avoided it. That's common sense. Dismissing the response (from student and teacher) with an 'I intended no harm' is irresponsible. If your actions/words harm some...

Re: EO Untold Rantage!
Ah yes, Alraune and Manticor, those were their names. I recalled Golem but not the other two. The last of those three became available during the fifth stratum, so I wasn't sure how tough they'd be. I'll try beating them up today.

Re: EO Untold Rantage!
I made it to BF25. This floor is still the same slogfest it was in EO1 . Bleh. Large parts of the fifth stratum are far from stairs or elevators in general. Now we grind from lv65 to lv70, the level cap, before going into the final battle. Should I attempt the three optional bosses, or leave them to...

Re: Why Are You Happy Today?
Harm is usually done unintentionally, but that doesn't absolve one from common sense and responsibility.

Re: Health, Fitness and Discipline
Well, that turned out quite different than I expected. In retrospect, the recent bout of sickness/lack of appetite could just as well have been related to an unsuspected infection/abcess I had. Details are a bit TMI, but Thursday night I had to go to the first aid post, and was given an appointment ...

He's on vacation this week, but it's okay, I remembered the car sickness pills I used to take as a child, and those things apparently work for general nausea too. I still have no appetite, but now I can at least force myself to eat something. Yay, progress.

Kimi's body: You don't feed me enough, so I'm going to feel sick. Ha, now you don't even feel like feeding me. Kimi, weakly: *bluh* The new antidepressant I'm taking worked great for my mental wellbeing, but not so much for my physical wellbeing. Nausea and general weakness. I have an appointment wi...

Re: EO Untold Rantage!
I'd say defense is usually more important than offense in this game though True. I usually upgrade armor before weapons, and make sure to invest about equally in defense and offense. Having a class that's only about defense though isn't to my liking. Raquna just doesn't pull her weight in usefulnes...

Heprea - Dang, I thought that was just a thing y'all talk about to scare the tourists.
Wow, it doesn't even reach -10 in Rovaniemi/Utsjoki (which are the names I recognize from vacations 20~25 years ago). Not much of a winter by Finnish standards.
