Re: Option to disable notifications for certain forums

I've split off posts following Garrett's original question. Garrett - thanks for the suggestion but it's not something that phpBB offers as part of it's standard suite. If there is a modification available, it's likely to be a significant change to the forum and will make patching the forum very dif...

Re: What anime are you currently watching?

Watching tons of anime at the moment, TV has a Crunchyroll app and it makes it much more convenient than the Xbox.

Denki-Ga and Wolf Girl are good at the moment. Parasyte looks good too.

Re: What are you watching? (TV/Movies)

Korra was awesome! I love the fact that Toph is back and the character hasn't changed or aged at all. I'm really hoping that we get to see either Toph teach Korra some amazing metal bending or Toph comes out of retirement and kicks Kuvira to the side with a single bend. It'd be amazing. ...

Just gored on cheese pizza and Ben and Jerry's - have been ill for about two hours. I regret and have no regrets equally.

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: u mad?

Max, I've always been surprised that you haven't set up a freelance web design company to be honest. You could do it on the side and get a small amount of business and build up/retain your skills at the same time. @garrett, the customer is always right. Even when they're not. Which is always. When I...

Re: What are you watching? (TV/Movies)

Walking Dead really was insane. I didn't expect the first episode to have so much aggression and violence. Normally it's a bit slower into the start of the season and then the preview of the next week's episode with the bloke from the first season who looks like he's finally come bac...

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: u mad?

When I was at school we started Sex Education lessons when we were around 10 and it ran through to the end. In Middle School (until about 12/13) we had it by our normal teacher and it was mostly videos that we just giggled at. Then in Secondary School for the first two years it was as part of our Pe...

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: u mad?

It's not as simple as that Garrett, the principle of it is, but the reality really isn't... Especially when other bills pile up as you've spend your entire month's pay on trains to see dying relatives and then have the remaining month to pay for normal bills, food, getting to work and oh yeah - payi...

Re: Rant/Complain Thread: u mad?

Good luck with that. The issue is even outside of good money control, situations occur that require money - breakdowns, family emergency, personal emergency that can drain savings and require credit card spend, then you fall into the cycle of minimum or less than full payment and get caught out. As ...
