Re: Sexism Against Men
Actually I don't think discrimination against women is more important in the slightest. I also don't think discrimination against men is more important. In my country and the corporate world that I inhabit I'm more concerned with discrimination generally and especially with positive discrimination. ...

Re: Sexism Against Men
Women lust after men in uniform. It's a known thing. In fact, there's even a datinf website in the UK called uniformdating.com especially for this. The diet coke advert I posted preciously is women lusting after men. Maybe Christian America is a little slow with the change but in the UK women are ju...

Re: Random video/youtube thread!!
I've not looked at Garrett's video, but sexism towards men is a basic part of modern society; however, it's just not deemed as sexism as women have had to cope with the problem for centuries. A prime example of positive discrimination and sexism in the UK is the entire issue of "Lad's Mags"...

I personally don't see a problem with some low-res images, but we should wait for Maxine's opinion as well.

Re: Can we get rid of the silly requirements for passwords?
There's certain password requirements for PCI DSS, which is a standard that all companies that process credit cards have to follow in order for banks to do business with them. For the most part these mirror security standards, so things like changes no less than every 90 days, at least 8 characters ...

Re: Can we get rid of the silly requirements for passwords?
Yep, which is too frequent in my opinion. That said the latest technology can actually prevent that from happening.

Re: Can we get rid of the silly requirements for passwords?
Perhaps you should try remembering your passwords. We don't ask for anything that's not standard in many industries or that difficult. We don't block dictionary words, we don't block specific phrases and we don't ask for 1.5 or 2 factor authentication as part of the login process and to be fair. If ...
