I'm not really a fan of that kind of character customization. It's really hard to get what you want, and a lot of the time I don't KNOW what I want until I see it. Another important aspect of the Oifey (if memory serves) is that you want to be careful about how you use him early on. He may end up being good, but if you over-use him he'll still eat the exp that your other guys need.
