It was made by the same people or something. I would suggest the sub instead of dub for that one, though. Two reasons there: The localization was done by a different company, and Durarara takes place in Japan.

To be fair, I was distressed and somewhat preoccupied at the time. The original post was rewritten multiple times until I decided to say fuck it and just post SOMETHING to vent. If I could have correctly articulated what I was trying to communicate at the time, I would have.
