Re: EMD Rantage!
In general front-liners require the most food. Mechanically, it's probably because the leading character will absorb the most amber if they enter a hallway first, so for the times you lead with a more supportive character, you won't be taxed as hard. As an example, Hexers lose only 1 FP every 20 ste...

Re: EMD Rantage!
Hey there, Dangerus. Been a while. :) I like Protector lead, but my goodness she eats a lot. In fact, Protectors grow hungry nearly twice as fast as the average character. It was only after playing EMD that I realized that my avatar is probably referring to her appetite versus being just coincidental.

Re: DON'T TURN OFF YOUR GAME
I like the mechanic in the sense that... I just reset as a lazy way out of everything with other games and it takes away a great amount of the consequence and meaning in an event knowing I can fire away as many tries as I want. Honestly, I've found the game too forgiving relative to the rest of the ...

Re: DON'T TURN OFF YOUR GAME
Yeah. The Guildmaster gives you a pretty clear warning, actually. More than once, no? Or was it someone else that mentions it as well.

Re: Rules on Spoilers (and what's not a spoil)
You're on fire, Maxine!
The manual for this game not only details you on all the classes, but you literally get them one dungeon after the tutorial, so I agree it's not worth spoiling. DOE as well are basically the series staple FOE given form proper for the game's systems.

Re: EMD Rantage!
Everything about DOEs, multiple forts, defence forces, etc. seemed so overwhelming and strange, at first. But after staging a proper DOE ambush, my mind was blown. I mean, it got kind of destroyed, but it was still cool.

Re: EMD Rantage!
Just want to chime in that I have not come anywhere close to dying since I restarted like I mentioned earlier. Hopefully it will seriously pick up difficulty later on. Granted, it's not too easy that it's not fun.

Re: EMD Rantage!
So I've obviously never played a Mystery Dungeon game before. I literally came into this straight out of a session of EOU... Tried to play it like an EO game. Cleared the tutorial no problem. Got to make my own party... Built them like I would a party in EO. Played them like I would an EO game. Went...
