Friend Safari has a chance of giving you Starters from your friends. You get a Kalos starter at the beginning, a Kanto starter from the professor, and a Torchic from mystery gift until early next year.

Sorry for the double post here D: But I just checked the Pokemon website, went to the Global Link and saw the Pokemiles stuff. YOu can exchange your Pokemiles (I bet it has something to do with how many steps you take in the game) for items. 250 miles give you a Rare Candy, which is absolutely lovely.

Yeah...at least they give us Friend Code stuff. I already sent someone a letter with the letter box thingy, that's neat stuff.
