The only time Snipers are useful is early game. Linking parties benefit more from a Nightseeker or Runemaster than from a Sniper. For binds, Arcanists are much, much better. There is no reason to use a Sniper except for as a subclass. Thats why i'm gonna replace my sniper when I get the next class....
