When you are writing fantasy stories that include medieval weapons, you typically want to at least have a nodding understanding about the names, you know. I kinda took to blades the way guys would take to guns. I would go to the library and look up books about these weapons and make notes about them...

Umm, I'm going to disagree. Any of the billhooks that I have ever seen they have all been roughly the size of a kitchen knife and have never looked as badass as Rena's axe, though I agree that it isn't really an axe, either. I don't mind being corrected on this one and wouldn't mind seeing something...

It was probably my fault since I had a bunch of crappy things. I thought I would have 20 floors so I figured I could get rid of the crappy things and get the better stuff. I ALSO ran into one of those ironic once-in-a-lifetime moments when I decided to throw my hands up - there was a demon-summoning...

Higurashi is THE BEST I've heard Utena is good. don't bother with Claymore... it's fucking aweful... tch. Mushishi is beautiful, but I tend to want to disagree with the lack of storyline. It just doesn't have an overriding, progressing plot, but each episode is more than enough storyline in my opini...
