Not bad, but, I don't like the white lines at the bottom of the alchemist. Makes it obvious that it was just a quick cut job. Moving her down by one or so pixels would solve the problem easily.

But, i LOVE that background behind her.

Yeah, that's about the same as I would do. Though, I would usually lean more on the side of "come back a little farther" but not so much farther that the items unlocked by the drops wouldn't still be extremely useful. It's a careful balancing act.
