^_^ I took my pills around 11:30. It's 1pm and I've actually gotten a little work done on my story. I'm still feeling VERY good. So I'm happy and confident that I was just overly tired from this past week's episode.

So this past week after my stint in the hospital I have felt AWFUL. So awful I'm beginning to suspect my drugs. I slept in this morning, haven't taken my drugs and I feel GOOD (despite knowing my blood pressure is prolly back up). I mean, I've not even had the drive to get on my computer and write! ...

Nope. What it means is that: "Even if you cannot pay we CAN NOT turn you away". You will be billed but this is why homeless people and others can spend nights in the ER. They are skipping out on their bills - not that they aren't receiving them.
