Alternatively, Yggdroid/Monk isn't too terrible; you do lose forged slots but those typically aren't abused until post-game anyway. I'd honestly suggest replacing the Prince(ss)/Shinobi with something else. Doubling up on Yggdroids isn't a terrible idea since you went that route but you really want something with more damage to it. Really, you almost never need to grind in EO3 and, when you _do_ need it (post-game), the bosses there give ridiculous amounts of EXP (180k-200k a fight and they're all trivially easy if you're able to think/read posts on GameFAQs).

Though I guess someone could have multiclassed for it, but oh well, makes me feel better Monarch's March also counters it, though it goes step->damage->increment encounter->March heal in terms of priority. So you can possibly step->damage->fight and March won't have healed you any >>
