At the same time, though, it's not like a Monk needs many skill points to be effective either. The Royal Veil line, and Protect Order, are more important/better than the Monk skillset anyway so you'll want those before you get Heal/Line Heal/Party Heal. So ah, any of you guys help me with my damage ...

Why not just make the Monk sub something that actually accomplishes something though? Like, Prince(ss) for better healing potential, Zodiac for spells, Ballista for auto-attack damage, etc. You still have the back-row damage penalty so going Gladiator seems a bit weird. And the confusion to the doub...

I'm not quite sure I understand. Double front-row Ballistas? Back-row Monk/Gladiator? Well, anyway, Ballista should probably sub Gladiator for Charge + Berserker's Vow to make their, presumably, Front-Row Mortars that much better. Your final slot can be a Shinobi/Zodiac so Dark Ether the front-row s...

Hm. Well, you should never fight them without getting a preemptive strike (they take 4 turns to move so it's not hard to set-up a pre-emptive unless you're in a narrow hallway). High damage groups should be able to kill them before the first turn ends. Otherwise, you need Leg Bind to stop their runn...

Beat it over the head until it dies. ... [spoiler]Anyway, if you've been doing Sea Exploration Quests, you should have Aegis Defense*. That lets you become completely immune to his beam attack (which is, oddly, Bash damage) and the fight becomes super trivial at that point. The Head and Body typical...

Note: Ant's agony isn't unlocked upon reaching B11F. You need to have completed the quest 'The gourmand's demands' first. Just a little thing, though. Thanks for the help! You need both. I'm not sure why I forgot to put that pre-requisite down when accepting the quest basically tells you what was n...

EO3 Item Stats

So, threw this together earlier. Just finished the weapons for the time being. Hopefully I'll have the rest of it done with later. Excel Sheet: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=48QJYJXR Honestly, too lazy to get proper formatting done to just have it posted here. I'll try to finish the rest before the w...

That's exactly what he's saying; dual-types are treated in such a way that they take the path of least resistance to do their damage.

Thanks Self, so, just to see if I got things right, the Zodiac abilities looking at the percentages seems weaker than the ones of the Arbalist but ends up doing more damage because of his higher TEC? That and the fact the 4*TEC is used to determine the base damage. But, basically, yeah. For the cha...
