...do you expect everyone to agree on everything regarding the classes? Built in Warp Wire is useless if you're on top of buying them, the 5 points for 15 Gathering is pointless if you make a group just for gathering, Mystery Seed is random so it's great for landing bind(s) but it's terrible for inf...

Unless you beeline Blade Rave/Nine Smash with a Warrior, Rear Mortar Bombardment with a Ballista, etc. most classes by the end of the 1st/2nd Stratum won't have 200-300%+ damage multipliers. Pirate and Shinobi are very much still an offensive class. They're not the absolute best at it but it's not l...

Considering that my starting party is that (still debating running Warrior over Phalanx again like I did in my JP file), I'm not sure I follow. Pirate, Ninja (+ Clone) and Zodiac are fairly offensive and it's not like you can't get Blitzritter on the Phalanx so they can do some damage. Princess isn'...

You didn't ask what spot they were best in. You asked what row they were effective in. Ballistas and Phalanxes both have no row penalty to their basic attacks. Ballistas have Rear Mortar Bombardment which makes them want a front-row slot and Phalanxes in general want a front-row slot so they can be ...

Rapier skillset is flat out better than the Gun skillset in my opinion; I'll take Blind or Head Bind over "acting faster." Rapid Fire is a good amount of more damage (+150% over In The Dark, +65% over Hanging) but I used my Pirate more on a "do other things" front so I wanted the...

I think it's silly if only for the fact it means you're leaving a hole in the front-row all the time. Just stick the Ballista there. They're not that frail.

I'll never understand primary Farmers.

I kind of wish I could see what was so attractive about their skillset but it's really mediocre >>.

As for the why, I was just trying to "break" TP consumption to be able to explore longer as soon as possible and/or do some fun tricks... Yes but the Royal Veil line lets you do it for free and you can just use Protection Command as needed for FoE/Bosses. Royal Veil line alone lets you go...

I'll say it once more, Rear Mortar Bombardment necessitates a front-row Ballista. EO3 does a lot of "should be in X row but can work in either" with the skillsets. Notably, Phalanx can be in either row but should probably be up front for maximizing Line Guard's usefulness; the same for Bal...

There's really nothing broken in the game. At least, nothing absurd like EO2 Revenge. There's just a lot of really good skills (Meteor, Ikkitousen namely). Million Thrust is just potentially the best multi-hit attack since it flat scales with AGI. I mean, the competition is Dual Wield Olympic Sword ...

Am I right in thinking that a Princess with 8 points in Royal Lineage (or 5 in RL and 1 in Proof of kingship is more or less the same), 1 or 2 in Defense command and 1 or more in Reinforce, can basically spam protection every turn while healing for free? :?: I don't believe that the protections sta...

Not sure what your party is so I can't say much. I plan on subclassing my Ninja as a Zodiac for Fire skills... Though I'm not sure how it will turn out. I'm not using clones, anyway. Any particular reason you're not Cloning? And why just Fire skills? I'd definitely do the single point in each elemen...
