Thieves themselves aren't a great class but, hey, they give you Half-Inch. And Agility does work with turn order, it just takes a monstrous amount to make a difference (since we're on a 1-999 scale) and you'll get most of it from the passive bonuses that carry over from other classes. Edit: And, hel...

Well, there's probably a misunderstanding somewhere...
Original fan opinions on Bernkastel and Lambdadelta were that the former is good (relation to Rika) and the latter is bad (relation to Takano). This is pretty easy to see since they look like those characters and is the basis of that fa...

Uh...
Lambdadelta and Bernkastel are both involved in Higurashi. There's Umineko TIPS discussing at great length their involvement in Higurashi. Bernkastel existed in the Higurashi game's (Bernkastel's Poems, how she appeared in Minagoroshi-hen, her being named in Saigoroshi-hen, and some o...

It's weird. For people who came from Higurashi to Umineko...
There's an immediate connection of trust to Bernkastel and contempt and hatred to Lambdadelta. Yet, everything in Umineko points towards Bernkastel being a gigantic bitch who toys with people and Lambdadelta being the ... less bit...

I honestly don't remember that arc at all. It's anime-only and I've since played the games and Umineko since watching it.
That said, I do believe Satoko is murdered in the arc and the rest of the cast are killed for whatever reasons.
In Umineko news, Game 7 releases tomorrow. Yay....

PB and MK are both pretty bad compared to the Disgaea games, personally. The quirky-ness is still present but the combat mechanics are just done better in Disgaeay. Then again, it is their flagship title so ... Really, it depends on why you didn't like PB and MK though. Disgaea is very post-game hea...

To up to cruelty, there was an experiment with a human head to see if it would do anything if pumped blood into it after severed (and dead for a few days). I believe the results were "it looked like it wanted to do something but couldn't", just in more scientific terms.

Just to be safe, I suppose.
He doesn't count as the "boss" of the Stratum so he functions slightly differently. You have to beat the Stratum (and thus, the game) to get him to respawn. I recall some people mentioning other ways to get him to respawn but I never found anything conc...

The common "HEY LOOK IT'S TRUE" piece is the case of Lavoisier back in the 1700s (1794, particularly) of him blinking for ~15 seconds. But ... that's in the 1700s. And as far as I know, there's no written documentation of it in his biographies so ... yeah. *shrugs* Until someone gets behea...

Scientifically and/or medically speaking, it's possible; the head should live for a few seconds when severed since the actual severing isn't lethal to the brain but the oxygen deprivation is. Edit: Just to note, I'm pretty sure this topic is rehashed a lot and there's no real conclusive proof that I...

Computer building (i.e., the actual putting shit together) is really easy. It's a fairly straightforward "hey this goes here since it's the only spot where it could possibly fit." Installing an OS is just ... putting the DVD in and/or just having an HD with it on already. Even if you pre-b...

My computer that can run DA:O maxed out costs about $400 or so to build right now. That included the cost for the case, 1 TB storage, and so-on. Edit: It was sub-$600 at the time of building it (12/1/2008) so it's about $100 cheaper now. And, again, that was with 1 TB storage which is practically ex...

How, pray tell, were you expecting it to be played? That's how the genre plays out. And, quite frankly, it's probably the best way for it.
Not that I believe half the shit they say in regards to Guild Wars 2 features~ Though, I will note it sounds like they took the basis of the original Gu...
