@Garchomp/Surf I don't have a water pokemon in my party, and I wanted someone to learn Surf as it is a basic HM that's needed for navigating the game world. I don't like using HM slaves except for caves in which you kind of have to. I don't play max stats, I guess... just not that hardcore. *shrugs*...
