Well, like I said, the overarching plot is a much bigger event just the political upheaval of one country. I'm thinking something like Meir is involved/find out something he shouldn't, ends up cursed as a means to have his silence hold --> silence is broken when Alek helps him lift the curse (an eve...

Trifkin, that one IS really tough.

I want to say you actually only have to do 3 in order to pass. I believe I only did 4.5 but ran out of time during the fifth operation.

@Zandrena,
Absolutely. Something like FPS is way more likely to be overwhelmingly male than an Atlus title.

The dumbass rented a movie afterward -- all while being bitched at by other customers who saw what he did. We got all his info and called the cops, and told him and his wife (who he probably beats) to never come back. CoWorker decided not to press charges since the video makes it hard to tell if he'...

No, I don't think so. I might have signed up for one forever ago when I was going as the alias Violet for everything. The Sorcerer idea sounds perfect for an anime -- or collection of short stories. I'm not sure how it'd tie together as a novel but then again it could be something like Summon the Ke...

I get really terse and very "serious-Kino polite" with rude customers. I start tossing 'sir' and 'ma'am' around like they're profanity. Usually I find that being kind and genuinely helpful/understanding 90% of the time gets me a calm, decent, grateful customer. I have yet to get a really i...

Well I have Fate Beads which is 20+ to LUC, so my level 35 Ronin has LUC around 38 I want to say (with Luc Up lv 5 I think). But that breakdown of the numbers is startling. I don't like the Overhead route just since it's so... typical? I dunno, Dead Law looks worthless to me even though it leads to ...

Hmm! I see. You're always so helpful. Ronin: So, Luc does apply to Kibuichi's one-kill chance? Awesome. How do you feel about Shiraha? 30% chance to avoid attack is decent. Like I said, I'm real big into passive skills >_>; Gunner: I see your point. My Protector knows Refresh which, for now, is the ...

My Party 2.0

So after much consideration I've arranged a new party! Ronin, Protector Survivalist, Medic, Gunner I figure this will give me a good party for both exploration and FOE/Boss battles. I've been pouring over the percentages trying to plan what skills to go for, but I'm torn on a few issues. Ronin: I've...

Totally spoil for me, are we discussing a girl choosing euthanasia because she was suffering some sort of physical pain? Or was she depressed and ending mental pain?

So I've been playing Age of Kings like crazy in between batches of EOII, of course.

Now I'm about to play some Lords of the Realm II. Oh boy!

The first one sounds very XXXHolic. I like it, though, and I see that being a good character to work with. You'd get to do mini-arcs and such. I like the last one, too... have you ever thought of doing it as a screenplay? It just sounds like it'd be an awesome anime or trippy Last Unicorn style thin...

Scy... <3 I have no idea how you're able to work all this stuff out, but it's so handy. I just got lucky with Hellion; my Protector's Smite landed an arm binding in the first turn. I used the Ronin's ice attack, Smite and Ricochet/Volt shot for two or three turns to defeat him. My party's level is a...

Hm, I gave it a try one year and got maybe 12K words in the first week before I was distracted by something shiny. My first "published" fanfic was around 45K and I wrote it in 15 days, so I know it's possible for me. Maybe I'll work on the fantasy story I've got floating around in my head....
