Can I ask, though, why your fiancee is so against McCain? Right now I feel like they are all just spitting out whatever they think the public wants to hear that I don't have a clue about what either of them are like. The Iraq War and the economy. He's terrified McCain's going to turn this into a Vi...

US History in America is a joke. I was flipping through the official government citizenship exam which was still trying to act like the Pilgrims were the first English/European settlers in America. WTF. Jamestown was a full generation before Plymouth and St Augustine nearly a full CENTURY before! An...

:\ Can we recommend dumping your history and cookie cache and reloading the site and seeing if that works? Ick! Who'd you piss off enough to make them want to give you a compaq computer? XD sorry.... I am prejudice against them. We bought one and within half a year, the motherboard failed. Sent it ...

Why on earth would you want to study Geology? Dull. Incredibly. I'm so sick of "required" courses. I took Earth Science in the 8th grade and this seems to be pretty much the same thing but with a higher budget. There's easily 200 people in the lecture and about 2/3rds of them are freshman...

School!

I assume most of us are still in school one way or another, whether that be college or secondary (or... elementary? Nah...) Well here's a spot to rant, rave, or just plain bitch. My schedule looks like this: French I Environmental Geology Intro. to European Studies East Asia to 1800 Political Though...

Well. XD I have no response to that I guess! And, yeah, Bella. Have you seen the Twilight movie trailer? Here: Yeah. Yeah. When I read Eclipse they were CASTING for this movie. So, this is definitely a rush job. It looks so terrible. &quo...

Violinist of Hameln.
I've never seen a bit of the anime, I just happen to like this opening.

Except in the full length version there's this weird 90stastic J-rap bridge.

So, I finished the first semester of Persona 3! The irony isn't lost on me that this coincided with the END of my summer vacation.
Aigis doesn't seem that useful, which sucks since I like her character. Her attacks seem mostly physical. I like to bring Akihiko, Yukari and Mitsuru. My main ...

Re: Election 2008

My fiance, however, wants to move to Canada if McCain wins. I'm pretty cool with Canada so long as it's Vancouver. They have the best weather. Yeah, Canada's not too bad. Free health care, religious diversity doesn't mean Baptists AND Methodists... The only downside is no Texmex food! But I suppose...

I don't know if I could still read with a TV in the background. I don't see them often enough to try. I don't like how if there's a TV on in the room I just can't seem to stop staring at it. Ugh. TV! Right now I'm watching (via netflix) Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Prisoner. We're watching the L...

Wait, seriously? How did smileys get disabled?? o_O; weird. Hooray for strikeout! Now I can make witty asides and act like I sort of didn't mean them! I like using the full reply sometimes since it's got all the cheat code buttons, but typing out [s]strikeout[/s] is easy enough to remember and such....

So, the emoticons menu seems to have stopped working? I think. Also, whenever I hit the login screen the entry fields are about half their regular size. The "add a poll" thingy down there \/ is about half it's normal size right now, too. The subject field is only slightly smaller. T...
