It's almost a shame that Twilight's fandom has become so large and so... brainless. -_- the fans of the book almost ruin it. The movie... yeah. It's being made by MTV films. One cool thing is Edward is being played by the actor that did Cedric Diggory in the Harry Potter films. I mean, he's really h...

Oh eff me. I'm never going to remember x_x It was in a consumer magazine discussing HD/SDTV and what people used their systems for. I specifically remembering discussing it with BF and how a surprising number (1/3rd) of all 360 owners weren't even aware the xbox played DVDs, and a significant number...

@P3 We have a shitty selection of video games here. GameStop doesn't have it and neither does my work, so that's about it selection wise. I'm keeping an eye out for a used copy at either place, which could very well take until December. I spent 6 months looking for Etrian Odyssey, after all! And Pok...

Oh yeah XD Like I said, I'm sitting here at work trying to remember what these controllers look and feel like. I forgot about X and Y in my list. But, yeah, still not as complex as the 360's setup. Not a huge deal, I think it mostly boils down to the fact that 360 developers seem to want each button...

I hate online multiplayer. I infinitely prefer same-room multiplayer, yes, even with split screen. I play multiplayer to be social with my friends. The great failing of TF2 is that it fails at being social. I don't know any of these assholes, and they don't seem all that interested in talking to me ...

One could make the argument that the Wii and DS better suit the notion of video games being a separate entity from PC gaming. Especially since 360 titles can get easily ported and often have simultaneous or similar releases (Orange Box, Halo, Bioshock). Also they utilize online play, downloadable co...

Thanks for the links and such ^_^ I'm looking forward to going home and trying this out. Maybe I'll finally be able to kick Quatre's ass in the GW fighter >_> As for buttons -- yes, too many! The 360 has A, B, Y, X, RB, RT, LB, LT, 2 joysticks, 1 D-pad, plus the R3 and L3 or whatever they call the &...

Sorry but my eyes are just drawn to Wii Fit being number 2. God damn it, people are stupid. Why is that a bad thing, if you don't mind me asking? I'd like to second this. Wii Fit certainly looks interesting. Not something I'd get since I use my bicycle for exercise, but I can see the appeal for som...

No I didn't. I never said the Xbox controller was good, just the 360. The 360 controller is pretty damn small, though I suppose it's the largest of the controllers this generation (not counting GC for Wii stuff since that's bigger than the 360 controller). The Xbox and DC controllers are just huge....

I find the Y-sort feature really handy, too. I think I read about it in the instruction booklet, maybe? Hm.. could have just figured it out mashing Y out of habit. Yeah, you can change equipment in the store but that doesn't stop me from trying to get into that Y-menu -_-; I'd really just like to be...

Dying trees...
I spoke to him at night, slept 'till morning, and set out for my 3-day trip. When I return I'll speak to him and then immediately set out for the trees without a inn-rest in between just to see if that helps.
And, excellent! I was thinking it probably was somethin...

I ditto for the ability to sleep multiple days. Also, I would *LOVE* to have the numbers visible in-game. I've started creating my own tiny player's guide since 90% of the time I'm playing there isn't a computer around to check stuff. I feel the Beast needs rebalancing. They need to hash out better ...
