Gyarados + Jolteon + Mawile is what I'd experiment with first personally. Though you have a lot of good combinations you can make, experiment with them and see what works.

The only shiny in my possession is a shiny Uknown W on my White 2. Probably the least useful of all Pokemon. Even less useful than Magikarps.

My only shinies were a shiny elekid in crystal, a shiny unown g in leaf green, and a shiny pidgey in I forget what version.
