That confuse made a lot angrier than the statics to be honest. I even expected that burn to go through, but thankfully it didn't, that would've ruined me.

Never expected [insert water type here] to be such a pain in my precious little butt. I knew the thing was touch, but that was just a tiny little bit too tough. And one-shotting my Terrex? I almost cried a little xD Poor boy didn't get to Earthquake ._.

Gotta train me a team for fighting real peoples. I am basically breezing through the game with 'mon I like more than ones for giving me the best edge in a battle. Doesn't help that I'm hatching eggs like crazy for my friends who gave me Pokemon I really wanted xD.
I got Pokemon Y, but dat Mega Charizard X! My bf's cousin traded me a charmander holding Charizardite X so I could go to town with him. Now I have to hatch him a Bulba and a Squirtle... I have to get a Bulba to breed, though Dx.
Hopefully, by the time I've beaten the game, I'll be able to go out and fight people and maybe-sometimes-just a little beat them on occasion.

There will never be a metagame if we don't make one! Plus, it's not competitive as in "I'm gonna do ranked battles and tournaments and be the very best", it's more like "I'm gonna try to not horribly fail at beating people"
