Pilot Wings, lesson 3. SNES.
Indifferent.
Re: Super Smash Bros.
Nintendo Direct tomorrow at 4 PM CEST (9 AM Central America) that will focus on titles already announced. Will likely involve Wonderful 101, Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze, Pokemon or Wind Waker HD, but hopefully we will get something about Super Smash Bros. If we don't get anything tomorrow, I suspect we will still get a character on Monday, the 12th.

Re: Super Smash Bros.
Don't be so negative. It could be fun.
I imagine we will fight on a moving plane, with the wing-span being the width of the stage, and various Pilot Wings characters hovering nearby to act as platforms. I see this as an opportunity to have Venom without a tumor in the middle and stage hazards. Plus it represents a series that we probably won't have a character from, which I like. I like the direction of representing as much of Nintendo as possible.

No.
Big Blue was not a stable environment. It never had ledges. edge-guarding, or a pit. You never had just one, central, stable platform at dead centre. It sounds boring, but it makes for the best play.
That said, I will say I enjoyed Big Blue. Partly because I never played Bowser on there and stuck to character who won't die when they touched the track, instead exploiting the speed boost granted from stepping on it. Allows for fast travel.
Also it had , one of the best games of all time.

Re: Super Smash Bros.
They announced Luigi today. So far we have seen the butt-bump and Fireball, but I hope he has been given a new down special. Perhaps the Thunderhand or Poltergust?

Re: Super Smash Bros.
I thought I had posted this... Guess not.
from Masahiro Sakurai in Famitsu.
I am glad he feels the same way that I do about character numbers.

Re: Super Smash Bros.
I lost it at #2.
#28 should have been his real Final Smash.
