So, my youngest brother is getting Skyrim for Christmas, but he got the 360 version. I think he might find it more comfortable playing it on that, when it comes to combat, but when it comes to lockpicking, he'll fail.
Something tells me that he'll choose the Argonian race. xD

^ Huh, for the Lockpick bonus? It's pretty small. Though you shouldn't listen to me about lockpicking, as my experience seems entirely alien in this case. I can hardly look at that minigame without beating it. Basilisk-style.

No, I mean that the lockpicking is harder on a console, because you are playing with a little stick that can easily screw you up. Pressing a button to move the pick is so much more reliable.
It was one reason I gave up on Fallout 3; I kept breaking all of my picks on easy locks, because of the analog stick being so sensitive.

Lockpicking is easy.

Admittedly, it is easier once you get it.
Plus, I'm playing with no lockpicking bonuses. I'm more combat oriented.

Perks to make Lockpicking easier are essentially a waste. You get the hang of it rather fast as it's basically "move piece, turn; did it budge or not?" and repeating until the lock opens. There's literally no skill in it as there's nothing to indicate any function of the lock itself so it's just ... trial and error.

Plus before any Master or Expert level lock, I save and just keep trying until I unlock it with as few locks as possible. Time consuming, but worth the experience towards leveling up. Plus, you get some nice treasures.

Bury my body in Lake Floria. Oh man. Who the %^$ would ever, ever say the Wii's graphics aren't good enough.
Skyward Sword Spoilers:
During the first thing I nearly shit my pants. It was like Phantom Hourglass on crack cocaine, and my heart was racing so fast.

So, I decided to let a little bit of Roda's character seep into my plan for the final battle. I made Aela stay behind for several reasons:
1. She's Roda's wife; she may be a warrior, but Roda would not want her hurt during the final battle.
2. That final dungeon seemed like something that had to be done alone.
But I have finished the main quest and am now basically just wandering around. I might end up doing the Civil War quests after I get all these other big stuff out of the way.

Ugh, lots of wishy-washy sidequests later, I'm ready to enter the 4th dungeon. That was a bit much, really. But oh well, it was still fairly interesting. Meh, I'm calling it a night. I'll do the 4th dungeon tomorrow.

I started playing Final Fantasy IV tonight. JEEZ LOUISE! This game (so far) beats I, II, and III right out of the gate. I tried the GBA port of I & II, lost interest, tried the DS port of III, lost interest... But IV? Absolutely riveting storyline right from the start, not to mention very interesting characters. So far, so good.
Why does the overworld theme make my ears crave dubstep? : /

My brother's not savvy in bonuses. xD He'd just choose it for looking cool. Meanwhile, I chose the Redguard for being the best with my preferred style of melee (one handed) and was able to make him look very cool.
