I popped in for the first time in five years... xD I cannot recognize it anymore.

Funny thing is my account is 8 years old... Damn...

I remember getting an email telling me that my Runescape account was gonna get banned for trying to sell it or something.

Except I don't have a Runescape account.

i played it like twice in new accounts



looked better recently but bad graphics are still bad graphics



and those kind of games just seem like a grindfest

I actually do not. The closest I got to any of those was RO and I remember the game telling me I didn't know how to sit. I'm pretty sure I was drunk or otherwise out of my fucking mind and found the whole thing awfully meta.

Metabots!? Gotta catch all them metabots! Or whatever...

i remember this one on the gba where i got stuck since it was a race and my bots are just so slowww



also they tend to be really damn fragile and weak aside from metabee and his rockets of death

Going back to Runescape for a second, there's actually a group that's in the middle of remaking Runescape back the way it was in 2006. The graphics, the skills, towns, quests, music, everything. In one hand I want to check it out since that was when young me used to play the hell out of it and I would like the nostalgia trip, but on the other I'm not really sure if I really want to go through with that.

I remember playing Runscape when i was in grade school.....
It's a horrible game IIRC XD

As much as I may diss RS, it's what brought me to online forums... xD Being a member for two years (stopped at the start of high school) really was worth the forums, I think.

It is a very funny and amazing story that involves a writing guild, a certain company, and that certain company outlawing our guild for no real reason. It's even funnier, because occasionally some of us pop back onto the story forums and everyone is all, "Holy crap, it's the oldies!"

...oldies from the golden age of those forums. xD Sad thing is that was my worst writing in retrospect.

RS may be a bad game, but if you look in the right places, it's not so bad. It's F2P isn't as debilitating as other games...

Any talk of anything vaguely Cave Story makes me want to play the game. Which is not exactly unusual... we all have that game. I have similar feelings when it comes to Mach Rider and Space Harrier.
