I'm actually quite weirded out by the Last Story name-thing. It isn't the usual, wherein everyone is changed to Steve, Stephanie, John and Stewart. It's like they just hit the "random" button in an N1 title.

So, my friend was complaining about Eternal Sonata having far too many save points forced on her and being relatively an annoying game (she finds it preachy) at points.

Then she went on to say the dungeons weren't even that long or difficult to need save points to the excess they were at.

"Play Etrian Odyssey. Long dungeon, only one save point."

She got it sometime last year upon my suggestion and gave up. xD She started again and then gave up again after Moles killed her party. And here I am, starting over with the same party as her and I haven't died yet. >_>;; Hell, I was on the 5th stratum on my first party wipe.

Soul Calibur V youtube-crowd is kind of so obnoxiously masturbatory it hurts. They are too busy playing with themselves to actually show the game.
The ones who label their videos as "reviews" or "demonstrations", that is.

So, my friend and I were playing EO again today and we're both finding outselves getting brutally murdered in different ways. xD My deaths are due to bad luck or me miscalculating my advantage.

My party wipes:

1. Blindsided by 3 venomflies who poisoned 3 party members and killed them. Next turn a Ragelope joined the fray.

2. God damn rollers and me being unable to escape.


Hers:

1. Tried fighting a Ragelope.
2. Got caught by a Stalker.

There is a problem when the normal enemies are more of a threat than FOEs at times.

I want to get a new game but I don't know what to get...blehhh. Lately I've been playing Corpse Party for PSP though. It's pretty interesting but Satoshi or whatever his name is has the BLANDEST character design ever. He looks incredibly bland, like an NPC in any other videogame. His personality is similarly bland too...oh well.

Might get Mass Effect 3 because I've played 1 and 2 though lol. Hopefully it's better than Dragon Age 2, that game wasn't as good as I hoped it would be.
