I like that Elza has most of the right abilities for a Warlord/Paladin, including provocation and Damned If Do punishment. I have no idea if his mark can be ignored, but if it can, I guess he does lack an Damned If Don't punishment.

Also, no preemptive healing - the healing hand(s) only revives as far as revealed. Guess I could look into japanese-version sources, but I am also lazy. There'll probably be a separate healer anyway. Elza has an offensive magic support role as well, so it's only fair that his da healz are limited.

It is one of my all-time favorites. It's one of the very few games that I continued to play after beating it. Gotta earn those special items! : O

Gurmin was indeed the sh**. I loved that game never was able to unlock the other character though
