I can't say with any precision there Scy. I'm not you in terms of formulas but something has definitely changed. In the first game even IF I had played ONLY the normal free battles, it would eventually reach a cap on the level but by then I could send in only one or two characters to wipe the field. o_O If I did that in this game those characters would be slaughtered (... I'm still doing it, though... retreating when necessary... because I just want the level from it).

So its not that formula there's something somewhere that has definitely changed. Whether it's the amount of experience given or how much experience is dropped the higher you go. Something has dramatically changed. I can just feel it.

Not that I care. The change is a vast improvement in my opinion.

Finally got around to getting Left4Dead 1 and 2. So far I've only really done the first campaign, but I'm enjoying it.
