Wait, why exactly do I need to chill? In what world was that hostile? Where did I call it entitlement bitching? How the fuck is what I said a problem when Zeta's isn't? All I said was it's a small team on their first release; ports are coming (though iOS first, as far as I know).

And like I said in a later post, it works under Wine and there's a way for Mac installs. I didn't know which you'd need so I just went to see if both had a solution yet (and, if not, see if I could at least get it supported through Wine).

You used which I took to mean you thought I was unfairly complaining about not getting native mac support upon initial release (ie. entitled bitching). At first read your response to me sounded a bit defensive, and your choice of emoticon was where the perceived hostility came from. I'm sorry if I misinterpreted your tone.

As for whatever Zeta said, I mostly skim this thread (because most of the games you guys get into detail about in here are not ones I'm interested in) and I didn't remember what it was at the time of my previous post. Please don't take it as singling you out over Zeta or anything.

As for Wine and other such solutions, I'm not in a massive hurry to play the game. I'm happy enough to wait for the developers to get around to a native OS X port on their own schedule, and I've already purchased the current Windows standalone version to support development. I might see about putting it on a Windows machine to try out this weekend, although the ones I have available to me are work laptops that probably aren't quite powerful enough to run Grimrock decently.

The port issue is a big concern so I'm with you on that regard. I was talking with a friend pre-release to see about getting it compatible via Wine for Linux.

Which, on that note, here's the over at the Grimrock forums on it. I don't think much needs to be done for getting it running perfectly through Wine (and then via WineSkin for Mac) so it's "more-or-less" unofficially compatible for the time being.

Maxi sounds and looks a bit too young, and some of Raphael's lines don't sound quite right either. Still more voiceovers to try out, though.

Totally nonsensical, but still awesome. I love that game.
