I haven't read much on the Outsider, but the little I have heard reminds me of The Traveler from Eberron.

I got into the closed beta, but it barely runs on my PC, so I haven't played at all, I'd be super excited if my PC were up to scratch.

Looking back over the videos I've seen of Dishonored, he doesn't actually have a glowing rune on him (that I can see). He just picks them up.

Just bought Oath in Felghana and bought Origin 2 or 3 weeks ago. Why do I keep buying these games if I'm so bad at them?

I've moved on to Corpse Party. It is very Japanese horror-like. You know, superstitions that come true, vengeful spirits, cute kids murdering people, etc.
So far I've completed chapters 1, 2 and extra 1. With hints from GameFAQs for the parts where I got stuck.

Yep, there's a lot of gore in Corpse Party, shown or described.

Finished Ys Origin, which was good, but the whole tower concept reminded me of Persona 3.

Phew. I finally finished Chapter 4 of Corpse Party. The middle of the night isn't the most pleasant time to be playing a horror game like this really, but I didn't want to stop mid-chapter. Even though it's 4:06, I think I'll watch another episode of Kobato first to relax a little before I go to bed.
