I "beat" Harvest Moon: A New Beginning. Might pick up Etrian Odyssey again for portable gaming needs, as I currently am out of books to read.
At home, thinking of playing through StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty. Not really much for playing RTS, but I bought it to support the developer and for the coming eSports integration.

^ The invasion-system is screwy because lol levels. To invade at low levels, you're pushed to have super-gear in Undead Burg or something, because of that orb-thing.
The field becomes more even much later. And the level-caps eventually start working against invaders slightly.

I haven't bothered with kindling at all. Another way to look at it is all the humanity you save through not being in human form is 100% health top-ups when you really need them, in almost unlimited quantities. Think how many times you have died in human form after kindling - every single one of those deaths is two more 100% health top-ups you could have added to your pool. A five (later 10) use estus flask is a good enough buffer that most of the time you won't have to draw on that pool either.
There are certain bosses that I reached for the first time with an empty estus flask, then beat in the first encounter simply by using up a few humanities.

^ Well, yeah, Humanities become almost unlimited after a while, so there's no reason to not kindle, either. Besides, some Humanity is dropped in "liquid" form, so you can't heal with it, but it can be used for kindling.

OK, I went to the wiki for this. Apparently kindling is permanent? That makes it worthwhile after all, I had no idea.

Yep, and now that I know the way to the Iron Golem, I think I'm ready to make my Human run to it and summon a phantom. (I hit it a couple times and dealt damage I did not approve of).
Though, I have to find the Bonfire in Sen's Fortress, still...

Soul Blazer...You ever have that one game that no matter how old it is or you are, you just find yourself going back to it again and again. And not that it was like FANTASTIC or anything but there was just something about it that every once in a while you just get the urge to do another playthrough....
Yeah. That's this game for me.
A part of me is still really sad that it never found its way onto Virtual Console. x_x I would buy it. In a heart beat. And sadly, I've never played a console version of this game.

I am trying to get back into the habit of playing Panel de Pon at least once a day. As important as it is to train the body, it is good to train the brain as well. Having to form x3 combos at the maximum speed and difficulty really does wonders for maintaining rapid brain function.

I like that Hito-shura is still hanging out with Pixie in Digital Devil Saga.
